RoastWire is a specialty coffee release tracking and notification service. We monitor publicly available product listings from third-party roasters and provide curated alerts and digests to our subscribers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the roasters we track.
RoastWire does not sell coffee. We provide links to roasters' own websites. All purchases are made directly between you and the roaster. We have no control over pricing, availability, product quality, shipping, or any other aspect of your transaction with a roaster. Any issues with a purchase should be directed to the roaster.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information about coffee releases, pricing, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Prices and availability may change between the time we detect a listing and the time you visit the roaster's website. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by RoastWire.
The weekly digest is provided free of charge. Paid alert subscriptions, when available, will be billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use RoastWire data to build competing services, scrape or redistribute our content, or resell the information we provide. Personal use and sharing individual alerts with friends is encouraged.
Product names, descriptions, and images linked in our newsletters belong to their respective roasters. The RoastWire name, scoring system, and newsletter content are our intellectual property.
We aim to send the weekly digest reliably every week and alerts in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Roasters may change their websites, and detection times may vary. We are not liable for missed alerts or delayed notifications.
RoastWire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months, or £50, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
